I really want to give this simulator a try, so I went ahead and bought the FMS USB adaptor from amazon as recommended from the site.
It will not allow me to calibrate all the necessary channels. Is there a trick to getting Jeti to work or is neXt simply not compatible with my transmitter?
Thank you very much for your interest in the neXt.
Of course, your Yeti should work while you are using a compatible usb adapter. Most China usb adapters transmit only 4 proportional channels. If possible, you should move the needed channels in your transmitter to these channels which are transmitted by the adapter to the computer.
The best adapter is the RX2SIM. These adapter submits the first 8 channels, so you don't have to move any channels in your transmitter. It's wireless, simply attach an receiver to the RX2SIM. You don't need anything else.
Thanks for the response, and yes I went through both pages a number of times to try to get this to work properly.
I am currently waiting for someone else on another forum to test the RX2Sim with his Jeti receiver and transmitter. If he can get it to work, then I will place an order myself.
I have been running the DS 16 for a few months now with the rx to sim and a R9 connected via the sat port, I get all functioanlities with channels to spare that includes camera movement and u/c .
