I'm getting an alert saying 'The required frame rate (60 fps) is not reached...' (screenshot attached). The problem is when I go to the menu options they open on in the top left corner, I cant see all the options and I cant select anything as can be seen in the screenshot. I believe I'm on the latest versions, it's been working fine for the past year. All I can do at them moment is fly the heli loaded during startup, I can change models or anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but have the same issue.
Any ideas how I can resolve this?
Thanks
Paz

Thanks for the response, the white in the screenshot is because I saved it in MS Paint. Even if I'm not in full screen I still have the same issue. I don't have any other screens connected but I'll give dual screen a test and see if that allows me to get to the menu.
Could it be the frame rate alert causing the issue? Is there a way I can resolve this alert via a install/startup file (as I can't get to the menu), just wondering if that is causing me the issue?
I was wondered because of your screenshots. When you are doing this, you press the screenshot key on your keyboard, then you open MS Paint and press Ctrl+n for new document. Then it should have the same pixel resolution as your screenshot which is in the clipboard. Then you press Ctrl-v and insert your screenshot there.
Normally these wrong menu size cannot occur... I don't know how it can be. But you can modify the prefs.ini file. It's located in your documents folder in neXt. Open prefs.ini file with a text editor and search for the key 'MainMenuWindow' and delete only this line and save it.
What happens when you start neXt?
When you can open the menu, you can switch off the frame rate warning in Settings > Graphics.
Thanks Klaus for your time and help. Removing the MainMenuWindow line from the prefs.ini file has resolved the issue. I've tested and all the options seem to be working again.
