Hi Klaus. Hope you had a great Christmas and wishing Happy New Year!
Then, I report few bugs that could be fixed, and few requests that could be implemented. I group them together because they are not huge items.

Let me know if you need more detailed descriptions of steps to reproduce.

1. Time scale changing slightly after restart

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Training -> Time Scale
2. Set time scale to 90
3. Restart neXt
4. Time scale is not 89.

With next restart it will be 88, then 87... Not a big problem, but maybe could be fixed easily.

2. VSync is enabled after changing quality

If you have VSync disabled (Settins -> Graphics), and then change quality (Settings -> Graphics Quality), neXt enables VSync internally. It shows it is off, but your FPS is limited to screen Hz and it seems it is actually on.

Additionally there's some "Info" string shown next to vertical sync checkbox in this situation.

3. Ambient light gets reset, when changing quality

Changing Settings -> Graphics resets "Ambient Light Daylight" to 100%. I think it probably should leave this unchanged, like it does with "Light Intensity"

4. Text size not respected after changing Graphics Quality

After you switch the "Graphich Quality", having non standard "Text Size", menu is drawing like if "Text Size" would be 1.0.

5. Wind gets disabled sometimes

In some situations, the Wind gets disabled, although it is enabled in settings. It looks enabled, but is not really affecting the helicopter. To fix it, it is needed either to change wind settings, or click "Wind arrow" (or click 2 times).

This happens after:
- going to "Sports Hall" scenery and back (in this case it even hides some wind controls, like direction, and you need to change wind force to get them back)
- I think it also happens if you go online, and online scenery has no wind. And the you come back. But I can't test it right now.

In general, it is also not clear to me how is the wind if I am online. Does it try to use my settings, or the settings of someone who created the room?

6. Scenery Settings -> Weather (Fog, Spores) not persistent

This is maybe not really a bug. But could it be persistent?

Now, when we can set random wind direction, it is really easy to train yourself to fly in the wind. Just enabled it once and forever with random direction and that's it. But visualizing wind direction with "Spores" does not work, because they get disabled each time you restart neXt.

I know the reason behind this is that it could cost a lot of FPS. But same is true for "Graphics Quality".

7. Can't set heli startup position ('f' key) when Online

That's not a bug I guess, it is probably intended. But I wonder, could we have the "f" key work in online mode too? This key is very useful in some situation, for example if you practice some maneuvers in slow motion (low time scale).

Ad.5 -- I can't reproduce "online" scenario. I can go online and back, but wind is still there. But "Weather" (fog etc.) gets disabled.
So forget online problem for now... Either it got fixed somewhere on the way or there are some additional conditions..

One more:

8. Weather (fog / dust storm / spores) does not respect wind direction after startup

To reproduce:
1) enable wind, random direction, disable "wind arrow"
2) restart neXt
3) go to scenery -> settings and change weather to "fog"
4) now you can see fog moving to the right (always) instead of where the wind is blowing
5) go to scenery -> settings and enable, and then disable "wind arrow"
6) now you can see the fog start going in proper direction

I would say, from all these issues, these related to wind are probably most critical.

No. 4 is fixed too. I checked on my old laptop and this bug did happen. They I updated neXt and it's not happening anymore.
No. 2 - this is okay with the preset. But then the UI could be updated, so the checkbox "vertical sync" would show proper value.
