High CPU usage with Ubuntu 20.04

Hi all,

Decided to test the beta. Its running smoothly however I have been getting high CPU usage ever since I upgraded; it's annoying because my fans are always on (lowest) and the laptop gets warm.

It's really weird, sometimes it spikes to 30-40% and I only have a couple of web tabs open. How the heck do I find out what's causing it? Nothing obvious shows in task manager / htop.

Hi,

you are digging in the wrong place. The web browser is the problem. And sometimes OSX examines new photos in the background.
