I receive an error when installing neXt on my Windows 11 Professional machine. The error states "The cabinet file 'myapplication.cab' required for this installation is corrupt or cannot be used.
I've ensured Windows Defender Firewall is completely disabled to ensure it isn't a network issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

this sounds like a well known Microsoft Installer bug.
Unregister and re-register the Windows Installer to do that follow the steps provided below.
a. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER, and then click OK. Even if you do this correctly, it may look like nothing occurs. b. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do this correctly, it may look like nothing occurs, or you may briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete. c. Try your Windows Installer-based application again.
