Invalid license since upgrade to V2

Dear Klaus,

I have a Mac and after the upgrade copied-pasted the container from the Heli version to the RC Flight simulator new version.

Settings were correctly pasted, despite the landscape not being the same, with a correct integration of the radio.

However, I realised I am no more under license. I used the serial number and the password provided when I bought neXt for the first time.

A GPU ID appears in front of the serial number. I also have this message :

Error 6 : serial number or password incorrect. (...) Please check your serial number.

What is the issue ? What shall I do ?

Dear Stemaic,

you own a neXt v1.x license and have probably overlooked the update note on the download page for the v2.x.

After 9 years with many free v1.x updates, we have updated to version 2. You can upgrade your v1.x to v2.x license at an additional cost. Or of course reinstall the old version. The update link and the previous version can be found here: dl.next-sim.eu

It's not just a minor update. With a v2.x license you will continue to receive the monthly updates.

Hi, Klaus!

I paid for the V2 version, but I can't installing the update. After doing it, it still appears a "there are new updates" in Next when I open it...

What can I do?

Hi Bartok,

I guess you are on OSX. Then you have to go to the Programs folder and start the CGM-RC-Flight-Simulator there.

Please notice: Under OSX they have to be copied from 'Macintosh HD/Users/ user name /Library/Containers/com.Eiperle-CGM.CGM-rc-Heli-Simulator/Data/neXt/prefs.ini' to 'Macintosh HD/Users/ user name /Library/Containers/com.Eiperle-CGM.CGM-RC-Flight-Simulator/Data/neXt/prefs.ini'.
