GPU ID and license problem

Hello, I use Next on 2 computers, i formatted and reinstalled one without desactivate because i forgetted but it 's same laptop so i don't normally need to do that ?
When i try to activate, i have new gpu id and it don' t work.
I don' t understand why ... Can you help me ?
Thanks.

Do you need more informations like GPU ID?

Hello,

normally the GPU ID cannot change while you stay on the same computer. Simply send me an e-mail together with your serial number and the gpu id of the other computer.
