Can not register because my video card no longer works

Hello,
I am unable to register because my video card quit working which caused unrecoverable damage to windows 10. I replaced the video board and reinstalled windows. Now I can not register, I can not unregister. Because registration is tied to the video card I have no way to correct this. Please advise.

Hi,

Please send me an email with your name and the simulator serial number. Then I can remove the old registration for you.
