then you should go to the settings > input device tab and switch off the throttle channel before you calibrate your V-Bar Control again.

Then you switch on the throttle channel and change to the functions tab. Assign the throttle channel in the autorotation line. And very important: don't assign a throttle channel there. If you already have done this, delete these setting by clicking onto the arrow in that line.
