Hello,

I am new to using this simulator and ordered it 6 days with CD backup. I have 2 questions and the first is can I download and activate my purchase even though I purchased the CD version and the 2nd question is how do I track my CD order? I cannot find any options on this site for tracking the order and yes I have the tracking number and password for my purchase.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Kevin,

first of all, thank you very much for choosing my simulator.

Yes, you can download the simulator from our website (https://www.cgm-online.com/rc-flight-sim...download_e.html) and activate it with your serial number and password (in the License tab). You got the serial number and the password directly after the payment process. Usually you don't need a DVD as the content is always older than the latest download. There is an update every 4 weeks.

Your DVD was sent by post without a tracking number. I don't know the current shipping times, but I estimate it should arrive within two to three weeks.
