yes, that's possible. I suggest not to switch rpms in one flight mode... but you can do this by using the throttle channel in the functions menu. Then you program your throttle like in real live. But this is not the suggested way.

You can program the functions here: Settings > Input Device. Click on calibrate input device. Select there the function tab.

When you like to switch flight conditions, you use one proportional channel and program different states in your transmitter. For example -100 for condition 1, -50 for 2, 0 for 3 and +50 for 4. Then you assign them in the functions menu in the neXt as slider. Typically it's the preferred way to use an proportional input channel and define special functions as slider. For example autorotation or landing gear.
