Hi there

https://1drv.ms/v/s!AmEH6J3u9XYBghSkhN9g8NWx-xer?e=YhbI1w

I have attached a link to a video I took of what is going on with the simulator input, it seems to glitch about and only register the top half of each channel. I am only having this problem with this simulator and its working fine with all my other simulators. I am using a Futaba 18sz that is bound to a flightcontroller that bypasses the controls to the PC and makes it seem like a games controller like the taranis does. I have checked the inputs are calibrated on the pc and also on the simulator and there is no change. Any help would be really great

Hi Harry,

neXt needs a joystick-compliant input signal, ie values between -1 and +1. The standard receiver signal goes from 0 to 2. This is the reason why half of this signal is cut off in your case.

It is necessary to adjust the servo center point and travel on your transmitter. Take a look at the input monitor and move your sticks. The slider should not skip.

Use the servo center adjustment in your transmitter to move the sliders as far as possible to the center in the input monitor window. The channels must not exactly be located at zero.

Disable unnecessary channels in the input monitor.

Before you start the calibration, go into your travel adjustment menu of your transmitter (on Futaba these are called 'Endpoint ATV') and limit the servo travel. The output should never skip or limit at 100%. Reduce the servo travel in your transmitter if the input monitor shows + or -100 before your sticks reach their physical end of travel.

All the best,
Klaus
