I just bought neXt Sim. The website says you can use the Interlink X transmitter. There is a 3 position switch that is used for Idle up 1, 2 and 3. And the throttle hold does not do anything. How do you assign any thing?
I would just assign the throttle hold switch to autorotation. The flight conditions are not needed as you can toggle them by keyboard (keys 1, 2, 3 and 4).
How do you set the dual rates? The switch on the front top of the RF transmitter. I use for dual rates. But your sim for some reason messes with my Idle up 1,2 and 3. And no why to set dual rates with it. I did what you said for the Idle up 1, 2 and 3.
My big questions are is there a way to set the simulation speed? And is there a way to have a chase camera?
You can set the simulation speed in the menu: - open the menu with esc - change to Settings > Physics. -> there you can modify the Time Scale. 100% is realtime.
And if you like, you can control the Time Scale by transmitter: - open the menu with esc - change to Settings > Input Device > Functions - press the key o -> then the hidden Time Scale option will be shown and you can assign it.
You can modify the time scale also by Widget: - open the menu with esc - change to Training -> enable the Time Scale widget
What is a chase camera? Do you mean FPV? - open the menu with esc - change to Scenery - load one of the X3D sceneries -> the FPV widget will be shown automatically and you can switch this to full screen by clicking onto the FPV button there. You can scale it by dragging the lower right corner.
