Can't load new scenery

Hello. My friend has Windows 10, a powerful computer and the latest version of neXt. He can't load any scenery so all he flys is the provided default! He's missing out. I believe he originally bought the CD and has downloaded the latest version. Perhaps it's a licensing issue? It's not in demo mode.

Update: Turns out he hasn't updated.! Will see how that goes and if there are still issues .... I doubt it though.
