Er

Hi,
I just setup nextVR on Oculus rift CV1, it can run normally. But the picture is not clear, It can be said to be very bad. I can see the obvious stripes or spots, so that I can't see the Heli if it's a little farther away.
How can I configure Oculus rift or nextVR to improve the quality of picture?
Thanks!

Hi Eric,

the CV1 has a very low pixel resolution. That's the reason why it looks not really good when the helicopter is too far away. I that case, only a few pixels have to be used for displaying the whole helicopter... But there is a super sampling setting in the oculus software. At the moment I don't know exactly where, but it's there. You should increase the super sampling and then the image gets a bit interpolated.

This year, they will release some high resolution VR headsets. The new Windows Mixed Reality headsets are OpenVR compatible and neXt is already compatible to them.

All the best,
Klaus
