SPEKTRUM DX8 WITH WS1000 Mac Pro IMac
Hi...
I have several MAC computers. My New MacBook Pro with Next installed using my Spectrum dX8 with WS100 RX and all functions calibrations work completely fine.
With my IMAC 2015 Version, When I launch NEXT the APP never sees the RX the first time. I have to unplug then re plug my WS100 RX while the APP. THEN I can calibrate stick functions fine but can never get the SWITCHES to be recognized by NEXT. ONCE again this is only on my IMAC.
THANKS

Hi,
I know some PCs have different USB ports... some of them can wake up the system and have always power, also when the PC is shut down. Maybe your iMac has a USB feature like this.
The WS1000 sleep mode programming can make the difference. I don't own an WS1000. But I know that an older RX2SIM firmware had the problem that it was not visible after switching on the computer while the RX2SIM was plugged in. You had to unplug it always before the system recognised it.
The neXt recognises all USB Joystick input devices which were recognised by the system.
Is the latest MacOS installed at your iMac? I'm asking because the USB drivers are coming with the OSX installation. Is there any other USB Joystick device connected to the iMac?
All the best,
Klaus
