It seems that the simulator does not prevent screensaver from starting. So, after 15 minutes of playing using transmitter (no keyboard or mouse involved) screen gets locked. How this can be fixed? Disabling screensaver in operating system is not an option in my case. macOS 10.15.5.
I believe that programs can prevent screensaver from starting, especially while streaming video. Zoom does that, browser with active youtube playback does that. May be it is not common practice in video games (because keyboard/mouse being actively used), but for simulators like yours there must be an option to disable screensaver because keyboard/mouse may not be used at all.
Anyway, I understand that the option is not available now, so this topic can be placed to wishlist :) Thank you!
The internet browser is made by Apple and has access to the internal functions. However, a standard program does not have access to system functions. The simulator runs in a sandbox.
